The representatives of Converse in Bulgaria once again give a hand to young artist. The National Academy of Arts is not in the limelight. This time they have reached to a decision to give an opportunity to even younger promising talents, so the most logical place where you could find such a springing genius is the National High School of Applied Arts (where I have happened to study). Well… They found me.
After I (and fourteen classmates of mine) had manifested our desires to participate in that project, the work started for some of us. As you can imagine, two days before the initial deadline it occurred to me that I would rather make at least a minor effort. I got back home, I situated myself on the floor and that was it. There was no turning back. Whatever I have done- it was a creation of my diverted imagination. Fortunately, the general theme we were supposed to stick to was (and still is) Steam-punk. All that enormous and too complicated for me machinery, clock mechanisms… steam, studs, buckles and whatever you add.
Even thought, I haven`t finished my work yet, I will be expecting all who feel like coming around Culture Beat for the final runway. The best design is going to be announced as well. FINGERS CROSSED!
